Fairly new and modern. Staff communicated through WhatsApp which was convenient.

1. We got a room on the second floor, facing the city side which was quite disappointing. There was no sunshine og sea view at all and it was quite noisy at times from people and cars on the street.2. The breakfast didn’t include coffee or juice - only a small glass of water. The breakfast was ok but does not deserve the label “wonderful breakfast”. 3. We were woken up by the sound of drilling somewhere nearby in the building around 7 o’clock each morning which was very annoying to put it mildly. Wait until after 9 o’clock or so for gods sake…4. The floor was dirty and full of sand the first day.

The staff were friendly. I have to waiting for check in at 15.00 hrs. but they offered help and booked a ticket for cabin car. View from room was beautiful but not worth money.

I came from sightseeing outside and back to hotel for breakfast but they took me to another building and I can choose only 1 dish for my breakfast. But the big deal was no drink and I have to buy one but it was worst because I didn’t bring any money. I spent a lot of time to negotiate for 1 drink and sign to the room to pay later. However when I got back to the hotel, they blocked me and said I did not pay the room yet . When I booked with Booking.com application and the condition was “pay in advance - non refundable”. They must contact booking.com to solve this problem then blocking the customer.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are great - comfortable, clean and ours had an incredible view over the coastline, kiss bridge and Sunset Town. Easy stroll to the night market.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We were able to watch the Kiss of the Sea show and fireworks from our balcony. Thao was exceptionally helpful and entertaining - her English was amazing and she is just so lovely!

Really lovely place! Everything felt fresh and new, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were all so sweet and welcoming. We had a nice view from our balcony, and the street outside was quiet and peaceful – great for winding down.Location-wise, it’s in a chill area just a short walk from the night street food market, and it’s close to the southern harbor too if you're planning snorkeling trips (highly recommend going with OnBird – they were great!). Khem Beach is just a quick Grab ride away, and getting a Grab in general was super easy.I loved everything I tried in the downstairs cafe - especially their coconut iced coffee – the best I’ve ever had! Breakfast was also really good every morning; lots of options to choose from and they make it fresh for you.Just a heads-up: Sunset Town is kind of an odd area – lots of empty buildings, so it feels a bit like a theme park / movie set. But it’s totally safe, quiet, and peaceful. Might actually be perfect for families, since there's no traffic and it's super calm compared to the usual hustle in Vietnam.

I really liked the big size of the room and some details in the interior.

My room was not cleaned up perfectly, even I arrived in the evening with informing the hotel in advance, I needed to wait to get into the room. The working staff in both cafes were not friendly to greet the guests, really sad to see.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable

As English speaker it was occasionally challenging to communicate with staff. But the staff are very friendly, eager to be of assistance and try very hard to be helpful

Loved the location and room layout, very comfortable and had everything you would need. Staff were very helpful, Jerry made everything very easygoing. Good choice of food and drink for breakfast and it was delicious

The room I stayed in had poor air conditioning. It wasn't cool at all and the water heater didn't work. The room was a bit old. The bed in the room was old and very soft and the pillows were so thin that you couldn't even feel that you were sleeping on it.

I love everything. The location was great, big room with a beautiful bathtub. Staff was ready to help you with everything. They salved my problem with a taxi, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was simple, but delicious and they served you fast. I will definitely stay here again .

Clean accommodation, reasonable price, comfortable space

Jerry, the person in charge was so helpful! He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect. Near the Sunset Town Night Market.Coffee was good! Must try the coconut latte. I also love how esthetic the room is, also with bathtub. The room was also big!

The fridge was not cold ?You cannot see the seaview from my room.

I love the staff of this hotel, especially Viet who helped us make all the arrangments on this trip.His english is minimal but he tried his very best to communicate with us.He is very patient, friendly and helpful. He even follow up with us everyday about our activities to make sure we had a great time here. The island itself is still under developed and its highly understaffed to service the tourists but Viet did his very best to ensure us an amazing stay.Really appreciate him and his staffs for the hospitality.The rooms are very spacious and if you booked the sea view room, you can see part of the kiss bridge show from the room.They did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy.The pillows are a bit low but you can ask for extra which are better quality,As for the attractions, Viet helps us to buy the tickets with discount.For transportation, we asked for an airport pick up from the hotel. They arranged a taxi but we are not very happy with the way he drives (always in the middle of two lanes) so we ask Viet to arrange a bigger car with better driver for us.And Viet exceeded our expectations and we got a brand new RED KIA 7-seater with a great driver which we used him through out our stay.

The shower drain is a bit slow but otherwise very good.

Great location inside the SUN Group property

No proper reception staff to answer queries. Breakfast has very poor options. They just gave us free cable car tickets but no information on what we can access there and it's a water park there , so please carry swim customs. Could be helpful if they have a dedicated staff to cater to guests queries

Only location

It is not a 4 star hotel! When we checked in the room was dirty with stains on the floor and curtains. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights and NEVER they clean up the room and didn’t refill the utensils. The breakfast was organized in the other hotel in the neighborhood, the service was extremely bad - we were waiting for the breakfast for 30-40 min, no drinks were included so we needed to pay, the quality of food was bad, not delicious. Also no safety box in the room which is weird for 4 star hotel. The design of hotel and the rooms is nice but they don’t put any effort to maintain it.

Breakfast was good. Delicious. Since I picked the bread version, it fills me up pretty well. I did kept the second half for my next snacking.

Since I picked the bread version, the sausage could be better if there was a choice for the type of meat. Also, we would appreciate if beverage such as coffee, tea and/or juices to be included with the breakfast

Bathroom

The staffs, especially June, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay a fantastic experience. They recommended excellent activities to enjoy in Sunset Town and the surrounding areas. Although we encountered a minor issue with the room due to heavy rain causing a leak, the staff promptly resolved it and even offered complimentary drinks as compensation. The free ticket includes the cable car ride, entry to the theme park, and access to the Kiss Bridge. The café serves delicious coffee, and I'll definitely miss their Salt Coffee. Their egg coffee is a must-try too. All in all we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Home Cafe ?

Air conditioner was broken and leaking lots of water. The staff did not fix on our first night it or offer a discount. The room was a bit musty.
